Ownership: Users retain rights to their original content but grant Seshtamart a global, royalty-free license to host and promote it.
Section 79 Compliance: As per the Information Technology Act (India), Seshtamart is an intermediary. We are not liable for the individual opinions, advice, or recipes shared by users.

Earning: Users earn points for completing nutrition videos and blogs.
The 15th Reset Policy: To reward active customers, all monetization points will reset to "0" on the 15th of every month if the user has not made a regular purchase of food or nutrition products on the platform before that date.
Professional Booking: Only Verified Healthcare Professionals (KYC-cleared) can use the "Online Booking" feature. A 100% refund applies if an expert misses an appointment.
Transaction Fees: 10% fee on product/service sales; 15% fee on reward withdrawals.
Withdrawal Rules: Minimum 500 points. Mandatory KYC (Government ID) for the first withdrawal.
International: Payouts via UPI (India) or PayPal/Cheque (Global). Users bear any bank-specific transaction charges.
Role: The Digital Master Franchisee (DMF) acts as the Area Developer for a specific geographic district or city.
Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding local nutritionists, gyms, and health creators into their territory.
2. Identifying and introducing potential Café Franchises and Cloud Kitchens to the Seshtamart parent company.
Earnings: The DMF earns a percentage of the platform fees generated within their "Zone" (from user rewards, professional sales, and subscriptions).
Exclusivity: A DMF has exclusive rights to their territory for the duration of their contract. They do not own a physical store but own the Data Rights for that region.
Seshta Products: Shipped directly by us. Quality issues with fresh food must be reported within 20 minutes of delivery for a refund.
Vendor Products: Third-party vendors are independently responsible for shipping, safety, and delivery.
Response Time: 48-72 business hours.
Grievance Officer: Dedicated channel for reporting content or reward disputes as per Indian Social Media Guidelines.

User Responsibility: Because these messages are private and unrecorded, users are solely responsible for the information, advice, or links they share. Seshtamart is not liable for any private transactions or medical advice exchanged outside of the official "Verified Appointment" system.
The "Zero-Trace" Warning: Users should be aware that since we do not keep records, the platform cannot retrieve deleted messages or provide "chat transcripts" for disputes.
Reporting Mechanism: While we cannot see your messages, users can still Block or Report an account. If an account is reported multiple times for harassment, we will investigate the public profile and activity to take action, including a permanent ban.
